The core of the practice. We act for companies, promoters, partnerships and individuals in disputes arising from contracts, shareholdings, property, recovery and statutory rights, from the first notice through to appeal.
Work is conducted in-house from drafting to argument. Where a matter is listed outside Rajasthan, we brief and instruct associate counsel but retain conduct of the file, so the client deals with one set of lawyers throughout.
