We act as counsel in domestic and institution-administered arbitrations, and in the court proceedings that sit either side of them — interim protection before the tribunal is constituted, and challenge or enforcement once the award is made.
We also draft and review arbitration clauses at the contracting stage, which is usually the cheapest point at which a dispute can be shaped.
