Litigation in India is local. Rather than claim a presence it does not have, the firm works through established counsel in the jurisdictions where its matters are heard.
We maintain working relationships with counsel in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and instruct local counsel elsewhere as matters require. Where associate counsel are engaged, they are engaged by the firm and instructed by the firm. The client's engagement remains with Arth Legis & Co., and so does responsibility for the conduct of the matter.
